The Hannah Pant- Pattern
The pant that starts from your linen closet.
The Hannah Pant is designed to be made from a top sheet—soft, lightweight, and already broken in. Inspired by relaxed Japanese workwear, this pant is loose, breathable, and comfortable enough to wear all day long.
The pant was inspired by my sister-in-law Hannah, who gave me a top sheet (she knows I love to upcycle). She just found out she was pregnant & I wanted to make something that fit her all throughout her pregnancy. There’s generous ease through the waist (the good kind), so we’ve bucketed sizing to make choosing your size simple and stress-free. With side seam pockets and an optional drawcord, I'll never wear any other pant!
This is a beginner-friendly pattern so it's perfect if you're new to sewing!
If you don't use your top sheets (like me) this is the perfect upcycling project for you!
