Hand dyed by Kara
At Vibrant Valley Farm, rows of Japanese indigo rustle in the breeze. The plants are tender, wild, and alive with history. Kara, the woman behind the field, welcomed me in to test the first dye—stirring indigo vat, dipping cloth, watching the deep blue bloom beneath the surface.
There’s a slowness to this work.
A rhythm that mirrors our own.
Invisible hands crafting beautiful items from the earth.
Each one hand-dyed in natural indigo grown right in my own backyard on Sauvies Island. Each jacket still keeping our signature Workwear shape, and rooted in everything we believe in: process, people, and au naturel baby.
