This is more than just a pair of shorts — it’s a circular pattern. Drafted so you can cut it from our Workwear Jacket (hello, upcycling!), from a thrifted garment, or straight from new fabric. However you choose to make it, the result is a pair of shorts that feel as good as they look, with a roomy fit, comfortable elastic waistband, and yes 4 pockets! (We love pockets)

"Overall the instructions are very clear and thorough. The pattern is such an interesting mash up between an elastic waist and a more traditional pant!!"

"Overall I think this is a really cool pattern. The added details (gusset, fly, side panel) make them feel special. I made two pairs out of remnant fabrics I had on hand. One in a 5oz denim which are super cozy and one in a 8oz sanded twill. I love how little fabric is needed!"

"I like the fit overall! The construction is unique and different than other
shorts I’ve sewn. I like the side panel and the pocket construction was different than anything I’ve done. The gusset is cool! I made a size M no mods"

"I didn't mind the gusset seams at, the gusset allows for more freedom of movement which is a plus for me, thanks for having me as a tester!"
